Clinical knowledge is required to enable understanding and interpretation of the medical record. Ability to educate hospital staff on documentation criteria requirements and accurate charging policies. Flexibility to work with many different hospital departments and outside auditors.Minimum Qualifications:Registered Nurse in the State of CTGraduate of an accredited nursing programChart auditing a plus as well as EPIC certifications.
